Main technical introduction:


Electric furnace waste heat utilization technology is to utilize high temperature dust borne fume outgoing from electric furnace smelting process to generate steam through waste heat recovery device, in the meantime, high temperature fume is cooled, directly come into bag deduster for purification, then dual purpose-waste heat recovery and environment conversation could be achieved.
SDM have obtained national patent for the above said technology in 2009.


Main technical index:


Steam recovery quantity: 140~200kg/ton steel (continuous steam output parameter: 0.8~1.2MPa saturated steam);
Fume exhaust temperature of waste heat utilization system: ≤200℃;
Power generation capacity per ton steel for waste heat utilization system: 15-21kW·h/ton steel.
